Course Description

The retirement landscape is changing; unfortunately, it isn’t for the better. Recent surveys show that death is no longer the biggest fear for most retirees. 68% of current retirees say their biggest fear is running out of money before they run out of retirement, and it’s proving to be a valid concern since over 50% of them will die broke. Will you be one of them? This webinar will expose why so many retirees are struggling to maximize their retirement assets. It will also cover why traditional risk tolerance questionnaires don’t work in retirement due to additional risks you will face in retirement. To get the most benefit from this webinar, it is recommended that you be at least age 50 or older (spouses are encouraged to attend).

This is part one of our two-part Getting Safely Through Retirement series. To maximize your experience, we recommend you register for both parts.  Please register for Part 2 here.

Learning Objectives:

  • Know the two questions everyone must answer before planning for retirement
  • Identify how becoming the boss of your retirement can improve retirement efficiency
  • Identify the Top 10 Financial Risks Facing Your Retirement
  • Determine how susceptible your retirement is to risk

Testimonials:

Elizabeth Stanford (Mudgett, Jennett & Krogh-Wisner, P.C.)

This certainly peaks the interest and I recommend it for anyone in their 50’s or within 15 years of their planned retirement. A sister seminar should be taught to those under 50 so that they don’t get into the Tax risk predicament many of us are already in.

Robert Pellegrini (R.H. Pellegrini, CPA)

Finally, someone that addresses ALL of the issues and risks associated with retirement An hour and one half presentation only addressed the tips of the retirement icebergs that are present in today’s environment.

Sue Cabrera (Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority)

This is the third webinar I have attended that was presented by Dave. I thought I knew everything about sources of retirement income. This was an eye-opener and an actionable item on my financial planning.

Reginald Hodge (RI Hodge & Associates)

The webinar was very informative. There were many ideas and concepts that I plan to implement for my family. It was helpful to be able print the slides before the start of the presentation.

Terry Miller (Rocky Ford Family Health Center)

Mr. Hall was a knowledgeable and engaging presenter. His use of comparative examples helped me understand the differences between an okay retirement plan and a great one!

Angela Smith (Oklahoma City Public Schools)

Very informative! Dave Hall explains risks and options in a very conversational way that anyone can understand, which takes the fear out of retirement planning.

Jerry Tomic (Kearney & Co.)

Great information about preparing for retirement and got me thinking about other pieces that i need to do before the day actual day comes for me to retire.

Gordon Dirksen (Anthem, Inc)

I love Dave Hall’s webinars!! They are the best, and they better prepare us for reaching retirement and beyond. Everyone should take his webinars!!!!!!
